Jennifer is the Administrative Manager of the Classical Music Consortium of Austin, as well as the Online Marketing and Webmistress of Salon Concerts, Inc and Co-Owner of The Spiritual Passage.

Jennifer has worked as Operations and Administration Management in a wide range of businesses. She has several years of experience in administration of non-profit organizations in both the religious and cultural arts industries. She has enjoyed positions in office management and document development. She is always interested in contract or consultant positions, as well as opportunities for increasing her repertoire of I/T knowledge.

In all of her positions, both professional and volunteer, Jen utilizes wide experience in customer service, problem solving, and project management, as well as I/T technical support for a variety of systems and small networks.

As of June 2009, Jennifer is the Administrative Manager at the Classical Music Consortium of Austin, acting as on and off-line public liaison for the CMCA Board of Directors, as well as coordinator for members and the public, book and recordkeeping for CMCA and other organizations, desktop publishing and webmistress duties, attend meetings and Greenlights seminars to continually improve the organization. Other duties as needed. Previously, she had these same duties along with ticket sales and customer service at Salon Concerts, Inc. acting as their Administrative and Marketing Assistant under the previous General Manager, Melissa J. Eddy.

Jennifer's first foray into Austin's cultural arts non-profits was her position at A. Mozart Fest as their Operations and Office Manager where she managed the Organization Headquarters, acted as communication hub for board members and other staff, performed all I/T and online marketing and website duties for AMF. She also represented AMF in meetings with other organizations, attended workshops with Greenlights for Non-profits in order to learn more about non-profit administration and increase efficiency of AMF Board and Staff. With advice from Greenlights and her experience with other non-profit organizations, she created their organizational infrastructure, wrote a preliminary AMF Business Plan, assisted in formulation of the AMF Financial Plan, created an Organization chart and other paperwork including forms, promotional materials, tickets, and other needed documents, as well as updates and maintainance of the AMF website and online store. One of her major responsibilities was the creation of the AMF Season Brochure, Season Program, as well as all publicity and communication with local press.

In the for-profit sector, Jennifer is Co-Owner of The Spiritual Passage, an online store that sells religious and ritual equipment and materials. She also volunteers with her husband's Paintball Promotion Company, Tactical Field Operations, LLC, a brand new company whose goal is to train corporate professionals and their teams in operating procedures that will enable them to increase efficiency, morale, and profit. TFO's foundation for these training sessions is scenario paintball and other military simulations including a military style boot camp for those teams that just cannot get it together.

Although TFO is in a temporary hiatus, they are promoting military style paintball scenarios for customers in Texas. These scenarios are to be a full campaign between the United States and a fictional communist country, Kraznovia. Previously, their homebase for these scenarios was in Manor, Texas, at Xtreme Paintball.

As TOC (Tactical Operations Center) Captain and Registration Director, Jennifer is responsible for all event pre-registration and onsite registration. Her team handles any questions and concerns from TFO's players and assists in overall event coordination. She also maintains an electronic database of all internal TFO documentation and administrative documents.

When just wanting to have fun with paintball, Jen's husband (Ray) is the Chief of Staff of the German army at Oklahoma D-Day, one of the largest mil-sim paintball scenarios in the country. Jen helps out with this project, acting as Registration Director or a team mom and making sure that everyone has everything they need to have fun at these games.

Jennifer has a B.S. in Wildlife and Fisheries Sciences from Texas A&M University at College Station. While at A&M, she joined MSC Cepheid Variable, the science-fiction, fantasy, horror association on campus. She assisted Cepheid with their yearly project of AggieCon, the largest student run science fiction convention in the country, as both their Registration Director and the author of the AggieCon Bible. What she learned from these endeavors has greatly enhanced her ability to work with all kinds of non-profits and associations.
