2004-2005 Season: Salons of the Stars

Star composers and performers are in the spotlight, with emphasis on the distaff side. Works by Ethel Smyth, Kathryn Mishell, and Pauline Viardot continue Salon Concerts' exploration of music by women. The program includes two Austin premieres – one by Smyth and the other a newly discovered work by J.S. Bach.
